Return & Refund Policy

At Alra, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Here is our return policy to help guide you through the process:
Return
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a warranty.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the item is returned after 30 days or is not in its original packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Alra reserves the right to deem items non-refundable if a significant amount of the product has been used or if items are missing.
  • International Orders: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders. For concerns with international orders, please contact us at customerservice@alra.com.

Damages and issues
  • Please inspect your package upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately. Some pictures of the item need to be provided via email so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

Return procedures

  • Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please call or email Alra Care Products' CUSTOMER CARE for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, including product return policies, procedures, guidelines, and credit-return reimbursement information.
  • For all return requests, you must provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) and, in some cases, photos of the item, especially if damaged.
  • Initiating a Return: To return a product, please email customerservice@alra.com, and we will provide you with a return label.
  • Eligible Items: Only items purchased directly from alra.com can be returned. Products bought from other retailers or skincare professionals must be returned to their original point of purchase.
  • NO product returns will be accepted without a bona fide RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  
  • Please do not send it back without contacting us. We'll send a return label and instructions if your return address is inside of the U.S. main territory.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it is received. We will notify you via email once your return is processed. Your bank may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
  • After our warehouse receives and evaluates the item (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.), the refund will be initiated.
    If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method around 10 business days.
Refund
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the total shipping costs of returned items if it’s not about the product quality issue.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you no longer have access to this account, we will issue a refund in the form of a check sent to the address in your customer profile. This process can take 4-6 weeks.
