Shipping Policy

We know how exciting it is to receive new skincare, so we work hard to get your Alra order packed, shipped, and delivered to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s what you can expect for shipping and delivery.

  • Processing Time
    • Orders ship from San Dimas, California within 36 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST).
    • Orders placed after hours, weekends, or holidays will ship within 48 hours of the next business day.
  • Free Shipping (Conditions Applied)
    • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders except certain heavy personal care items.
    • Excluded from free shipping:
      • Two (2) or more bottles of 16 oz. shampoo
      • Three (3) or more bottles of 8 oz. shampoo
      • Three (3) or more total shampoo and/or conditioner products combined
    • Excluded orders above will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail expedited shipping at no additional cost.
  • Delivery Timeframes
  • Shipping Rates
    • Rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination; the rate shown at checkout is the most accurate and final.
  • International Orders
    • International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and do not qualify for free shipping. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Tracking
    • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.
